Digital signage software for live business data
InfoPanel turns any screen into a live operational display. Connect the systems you already use and publish real-time data and AI-generated content — across one location or hundreds.
Most digital signage shows static images and videos that someone has to update by hand. InfoPanel is different: it is a cloud digital signage platform built around your live business data. Calendars, spreadsheets, e-commerce orders and support tickets flow straight onto your screens, and AI assembles the layout for you.

What is digital signage?
Digital signage is any electronic display used to show information, menus, schedules, promotions or operational data — in lobbies, restaurants, factories, warehouses, offices, schools and public spaces.
Traditional digital signage software focuses on playing media files. InfoPanel focuses on communication that stays accurate, because the content is driven by the same systems your business already uses.
Digital signage that shows real business data
InfoPanel pilots start with one data source. A read-only REST API or JSON endpoint is the simplest option; spreadsheets and selected business systems can also be assessed during technical discovery.
Meeting room availability, daily sales, production targets, SLA risk, warehouse backlog and shift information appear on screen and refresh on their own — no manual updates.
Live data for digital signage
InfoPanel is built for teams that need screens to reflect what is happening right now — not what someone uploaded yesterday. Orders, ticket queues, production counts and calendar events update on screen automatically as your source systems change.
Whether you run one display or a network across sites, live data digital signage removes the manual update cycle and keeps every screen trustworthy for staff and visitors alike.
Real-time monitoring for digital signage
A screen that goes offline is wasted hardware. InfoPanel tracks every player with live heartbeat, offline alerts and a central status dashboard so you know which displays need attention before anyone reports a blank screen.
Player status and the last successful data refresh are included in the current guided pilot scope.
Business dashboards on digital signage screens
Turn any TV or kiosk into a business dashboard for digital signage: KPI tiles, trend charts, SLA counters and shift summaries sourced from spreadsheets, e-commerce platforms, ticketing tools or read-only APIs.
Unlike static dashboard slides, InfoPanel refreshes the layout and data on a schedule you control — so floor teams, warehouse staff and front desks always see current numbers.
Hardware-agnostic and quick to deploy
Any device with a browser can become an InfoPanel screen. Plug in a Raspberry Pi, Android TV or open a kiosk URL, pair it in seconds, and assign content by location.
There is no per-screen lock-in and no legacy signage tax — start with a few screens and scale to hundreds across multiple sites.

Digital signage software FAQ
What is digital signage software?
Digital signage software lets you manage and publish content to electronic displays from a central dashboard. InfoPanel goes further by connecting your business systems so screens show live, accurate data instead of static slides.
What hardware does InfoPanel digital signage run on?
Any device with a browser — Raspberry Pi, Android TV, Smart TVs, mini PCs and Chrome kiosks. There is no proprietary player and no locked-in hardware.
Can digital signage show live data from my systems?
Yes, if the required data can be exposed safely. Current pilots usually use a limited read-only REST API or JSON endpoint. We assess spreadsheets and other systems individually rather than claiming every connector is already available.
How much does InfoPanel digital signage cost?
InfoPanel is currently offered as a guided pilot. Pricing depends on the data source and the work required to prepare the first operational view; scope and price are confirmed after a short technical call.
