InfoPanel is built for business-critical displays. This page summarizes how we approach security for our marketing site and cloud platform.
Infrastructure
Production workloads run in EU-hosted cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and encryption at rest for stored data.
We apply regular updates to platform components and monitor service health.
Access control
The product supports role-based access control per workspace and location. Administrative actions are logged for audit purposes on supported plans.
Device and player security
Screen players pair to your workspace using short-lived credentials. Offline cache allows screens to keep playing when connectivity drops without exposing administrative access.
Reporting issues
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to the contact address below. Do not disclose publicly before we have had a chance to respond.
